Sfilato, PARUS 2 and the Trademark: Three Roles Behind One Name

A customer sees one name. The public record separates Sfilato the brand, PARUS 2 the French operator and Klim Yadrintsev the holder named in reviewed trademark records.

Sfilato, PARUS 2 and Klim Yadrintsev appear in different public records. Those records support different roles. Reading them as if they were interchangeable would turn a storefront name, an operating company and a trademark holder into one unsupported ownership statement.

The role ledger

Why the distinction reaches a customer

PARUS 2's operating role covers the practical relationship visible on this storefront: payment, delivery, returns, product information and corrections. A trademark record answers who is listed as holder of the mark. A distributor or franchisee may control a local sale while another party maintains the global product record. When all of them use the same logo, the legal name and territory determine where a customer should take a problem.

Sfilato's partner description needs a public directory before it can help with that problem. Each entry would need a legal name, territory, official URL, start date and approved role. Shared branding alone does not show common ownership.

What still needs a human account

Public filings cannot explain why the roles were divided or how decisions move between them. Klim can describe the history of the name and his current rights role in his own words. PARUS 2 can define what the French company operates. One country partner can say which customer and product questions it resolves locally and which return to France. Relationship documents can confirm those accounts without exposing confidential commercial terms.

How this was made

Codex substantially drafted this research version from the named sources and Sfilato records. Klim Yadrintsev has not approved or contributed the final language, and no passage represents his firsthand experience or personal judgment.

The lead image is commissioned synthetic artwork. It illustrates the subject and is not evidence of a Sfilato product, place visit, test, document or design decision.

Sources and methodology. This draft uses the owner-supplied identity statement, the Sfilato storefront, France's public business register, Rospatent registration RU 1138338 and WIPO Madrid record 1931338 as reviewed on 26 July 2026. Licences, assignments, franchise or distributor agreements and recorded interviews remain outside the supplied file. Private relationships stay unresolved.
