The French public register lists the SFILATO retail establishment under SIRET 894 588 599 00049 on avenue Jean Mermoz.

Hosting and platform

The store is hosted through the Shopify platform. Shopify's current Platform Terms identify the EMEA contracting party as Shopify International Limited, company number 560279, with its registered office at 2nd Floor Victoria Buildings, 1–2 Haddington Road, Dublin 4, D04 XN32, Ireland.

Shopify's current Payments Terms separately list its payments-service office at The Sidings, 4th Floor, Grand Canal Quay, Dublin D02 E7K8, Ireland. These are service-specific addresses published by Shopify.

Brand and operator roles

Sfilato is the brand name. PARUS 2 is the French website and retail operator. Public trademark records currently name Klim Yadrintsev as holder. Nothing in this notice describes PARUS 2 as the owner of every Sfilato right or country operation.

Other country distributors, franchisees, licensees, or representatives are separate operators unless a published, verified record states otherwise.
